Before becoming an independent consultant, I worked at a Big 4 firm, leading global training programs for new SAP Ariba and Workday implementations within the procurement sector. As a training manager and operations supervisor at a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturing company, I developed learning programs and implemented process improvements to streamline employee onboarding and enhance production output.
 
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid trail runner and conservationist. You can find me exploring the mountains around Los Angeles, running with local groups or volunteering with organizations. I am dedicated to staying active and giving back to my community.
