Technology Implementation
A global oncology company was previously using an outdated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and required training services to implement SAP Ariba within their procurement department.

What?
The client required global training services to create content and training delivery for implementing SAP Ariba modules for Sourcing, Buying and Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance processes for their offices in the United States, Europe, and China.

Why?
To improve process efficiency and reduce cost, the client needed to implement SAP Ariba and standardize procurement practices across their global operations.

How?
I managed a team that created training content utilizing SAP Enable Now and developed training delivery material. Additionally, I developed a Train-the-Trainer program to help the client execute on their training deliveries for a successful Go Live of their ERP.

To lessen employee turnover and increase production, the client needed a standardized onboarding practice for new hires that addressed training techniques, adult learning and training.

I conducted a Needs Assessment to identify essential criteria to develop an onboarding program while introduced specific knowledge criteria for each production line that provided a consistent and standardized approach for all employees.
